Drove down to Manhattan beach to have a glass of wine with Carro, she is one of my constants here in LA, always there always reliable and always just precious kind and generous. Unfortunately I have not been the best friend lately, but we are going to change that now.. no more depression no more hiding for people or lame excuses. I need to spend time with my friends. That's it!
We had a great night, just calm and nice and with the ocean around the corner, just talking talking talking, or maybe I did most of the talking as usual, but I still think Carro had a good time. Just the right medicine.
