TODAY IS BETSY'S DAY

The Most wonderful friend and biggest pain in the ass, Betsy is celebrating her 30th? birthday today!
We had a fantastically wonderful birthday dinner at TASTE for her last Friday..  And I hope we get some celebrating done today!
I love you Betsy, you mean the world too me and I'm so great full that I've met you! Thank you for everything you do for me! I hope your day will one of those fantastic one's! I miss you Bits!

STEEL PANTHERS

And the craziness goes on.. MONDAY AGAIN, I LOVE IT!! I just wanted a nice early night, a long shower and i wanted to wax my legs.. but..instead I met up with Emilia in the late afternoon for a lil test run of her new camera, Then we went to her place and had some pasta and ketchup and a cold soy hot dog! It was one of the best meals Ive ever had I was still hungry from this weekend!
With some new found energy we headed over to Anine for some wine and hair products, Then we went to see STEEL PANTHER at House of blues, they do basically what The Spasmatic does, making fun of the 80's glam rockers while playing all the great songs, (like spinal tap)I was so tired, haven't gone to bed before 1am in 2 weeks..  But it was all worth it, met some fun british boys and then Stephanie that I have not seen in 4 years!  And with lyrics like ( Mom and Malva stop reading here) :

My Asian Hooker: I went to south Korea, caught some gonorrhea and others like the epic song: I want Pussy: I want pussy I want pussy,   AND they get girls up on stage to flash there boobs and then they brought Jeremy Renner (hurt looker) up on stage to sing some Journey and Guns n Roses! we also saw some real nasty stuff going on right in front of us but its really to yucky to write about..

Time to try to get some sleep again.. or try, Romeo and the neighbours are doing all they can to keep me awake!

COACHELLA (THERE)

That was crazy and fun, even though we lost all our friend, and Jeremy, Then he found Matt and Chau, but when we finally found him he was alone again.., you couldn't call anyone and the texts got delivered two hours late, and I couldn't get a hold of my friend that had our VIP wristbands, But as we walked out of the festival area 8 hours later at 2.30 his messages got through to me.. oh well.. next year, ill pick them up before we go!Or I was gonna pick the up yesterday Sunday but Jeremy and Thomm left without me, At least I got to see almost all of the bands I wanted to see.. MUSE where fantastic!Hot Chip.. XX,MG MT, Sia, Die Antwoord, Tiesto.. Faith No More..We had so much fun I just wanna do it again. Now. i'm too tired to write. Have to get ready to work a bit..I think. Ciao

COACHELLA (the way there)

Picked up Emilia and Jeremy early Saturday morning.. No Tickets  No money no where to stay, but high hopes and a positive attitude.. some great music and fabulous company..

We spent an hour or so trying to get in to the parking lot only.. Luckily enough we had these guys next to us to keep the party going..

Could barely talk for the last hour in the car, had to pee so bad, almost got mas at Emilia and Jeremy when the expected me to talk to them ha ha, so after running to the potties we were finally able to open the trunk and enjoy our cold coronas, we got to enjoy one before the security guards came by and asked us to pour it in to plastic bottles ..which made it feel more like I was drinking pee, we were gonna draw up plan for how to get in and I think we all thought it was gonna take a couple of hours, but as soon as we had locked the car and started walking towards the entrance, these guys came up and started talking to us and when they heard we didn't have any tickets they offered to lend us there wrist bands and get us in..

A PANDA

I found one of these in my bag today...  it's a little big, but I can make it work if I hold it up... I have like gone back to being a teenager.. dont know if its good or bad.. but im having fun! Now im waiting for Betsy to come so we can eat Thai food and then hit Bardot..

Oh Dear

Last night turned in to one of those crazy nights again, I figured I might just as well go for it since I don't know how long I'll be able to stay here..
 We started with a live show at The troubadour and a band called "King size", It was kind of bad.. we had to leave early so we didn't have to do the "oh, you guys were great,.. great, really.. great.."

then we headed over to Jones for some drinks and some food for some of us,  met some guys outside that I know i've met before but we couldn't figure out where.. They were form OZ and had been there over New Years as well but i don't think I met them there? if i did, it is a crazy small world.. Then we leaped over to La Vida where we ran into Kevin from BSB  and I could finally get an autograph  for Malva (or I didnt have pen or paper) but at least i got a picture to send her.. of course I made sure to make it the perfect one..

For a while we got a little bored and I wanted to leave.. so..
Anine got us started with a game of paper scissor rocks , betting about doing weird things to weird people.. mostly guys.. Anine lost most of the bets.. she had to do a "stroke smooch by" on one guy.. and dance sexy for another one for 30 seconds, I thought I was gonna die, this was not on the dance floor just outside on the patio, this guy is standing there minding his own business and all of a sudden this crazy Norwegian girl comes up and starts dancing for him real sexy and wild, poor guy didn't know what to do with himself...ha ha ha that was hilarious..
and then she lost another one where she had to go up to a guy, run her fingers through his hair and tell him he is beautiful.. Only problem was that the guy I picked for her (big curly hair) did not like some strange girl touching his hair while trying to pick up another girl..so he slapped her.. ha ha ha soo funny and crazy.. and she had to explain it was just a bet.. and the we finally left..

Anyway, we moved on to BARDOT to meet Petra and Akki.. and dearest Mike was finally there in the bar haven't seen him in forever... met some new friends, danced a bit

The sane people went home but me and Anine went to a after party in the hills with this thing..

Well tomorrow is work again so tonight will be a sober night.. just gonna stop by bardot to watch PINK and MACY GRAY sing tonight..still wanna go to Coachella this weekend , will see what happens, tomorrow night is birthday dinner for Bitsii.. and ah.. well I dont know!  We'll see..

I hate these girls

They are making me buy another drink at la vida and I just wanna move on and dance.. Here ace of bace is blasting through the speakers and it feels like I'm at avenyn I sodertalje... Ha ha

How boring am I? Time to go out, first to a show at the Troubadour then La Vida night club and eating place, and i'm wearing a t-shirt. A t-shirt. the same t-shirt that I' ve been wearing for the past three days.. i need to make some money so I can go shopping.. this is not ok!

BOBBY EWING

I met Bobby Ewing today! BOBBY EWING! He said I had a beautiful smile.. He introduced himself as Patrick though.. thought that was a bit weird. ..On set for Bold and Beautiful is the place to be.. First Betty White.. now Bobby Ewing.  As usual I got way too star struck to dare ask for a picture.. so you are just gonna have to take my word for it.

Work or not work?

I have started my own little project on the days I'm not working, It entails Emilia,  And a lot of hanging around in the city.. even though we are getting things done, it looks like we are just doing nothing, but whats the point of sitting inside in a office when you can get everything done out in the sun and enjoy the sun and a massive Godiva chocolate cake (dieting is not going well, i simply cant do it! But i am working out everyday..)

Anyhow, emila has a pretty big blog on Finest and now people are getting upset about her life, since she apparently is doing nothing.. ha ha I love the Swedish jealousy! I have not one friend in this city that would leave me negative comments about the way I live.. I work as much as I can but I think what people dont realize is that it is hard to work here when you are on a visa, in Emilia's case a student Visa, and in my case something else, I think we are being extremely good at being legal and doing what we can with what we have.. I of course would not have been able to do it without Betsy! So I also wish that she could come with me more often..

Again I stole the pictures from Emilia's blog, I dont have a USB cable here so I cant get the pics out of my camera..
I took her on a tour of Abbot Kinney an then we went to Marina Del Rey... How i wanna move back down there..

And the we went for a hike.. A well needed one..
