got woken up by Malva at 5.30am, time to curl her hair.. but I fell asleep again, managed to get my eyes open at 6am.. were in Sodertalje at 8am just to find out that the last day of school ceremony didnt start until 9am.. drove around time to do some hopping but everything was closed, me and Chatie ended up at Mc Donalds for a coffee, went back to the school at 9am.. endured almost an hour of singing from kids and The Teachers.. why are they singing at the kid's day ?? ( Malva's choir was great)had to leave at 10am to go back to Nykvarn to feed the puppies.. turns out the thing didn't end until 11am and by then i had to drive back to to Sodertalje to pick Malva and Chatie up..

took a nap, then Josefin picked me up and we went shopping for things for her wedding.. its getting real close now.. I'm nervous.. still no speech and now I think i've gained even more.. maybe i can by a body shaper, might make me fit in to the dress?

I've only been home for a week, but it feels like a month all ready, have stressed around like a crazy person to get to see everyone and do everything that needs to be done this week. it's been family and friends, Jarna, Nykvarn, Stockholm (twice), arranging a bachelorette party, taking care of puppies, kids, working at Haganas and then I have to work on mine and Emilias project answer all the 54 emails ive gotten, contant text messages and facebook emails.. and i dont have internet on my phone or out on the country side..

I havent even had time to walk my dogs yet which is something i have longed for for a year now.., ive planned a walk toight but looking at the watch now.. im not sure ill make it..

Tomorrow is Malvas last day of school and she's got a solo performance that I have to go and watch.. so right now we have rushed to Jarna to borrow some hair curling stuff for her and so I can blog a bit, and read my emails, check my facebook, but she is sitting here with heavy sighs that says lets go already, so thats what im gonna do..

Friday I spent in the Stable with Tilde, she had a double class, and I brought my camera but the battery was dead.. So cool to see these & year old girls ride these big horses, Can't believe I did that at the same age, And that the horses agree to obey when all they need to do is to shake it a little bit and they'd be free..
Me and Josefin shared a box of wine and Cissi came to try her make up on before the wedding.. and we talked hair and all that.

Stayed awake until midnight on Saturday, but woke up arpund 2.30am and stayed awake until 4am, and yetserday I woke up at 4.30 am and could not go back to sleep so I got up and drank a pot off coffee and read old news papers until my parents woke up at 6am then we had some breakfast and then i met Josefin and the Kids and Sarah and her son Milo, then Josefin left and me and Sarah hung out all day planning for the Bachelorette party, and when I finally got home, I passed out, mum woke me up for dinner, then I took a sleeping pill and I woke up on Tuesday 11.45, my phones been ringing a couple of times and I got a couple of messages didnt hear any of that.. or my alarm that was set for 8am..
Gonna put some "The You Know Who in my i-pod" (mum gave me a little shuffle thingie so at least I have something now) and go for a long walk.. I'm supposed to start the Cambridge diet today with my mom to loose those extra pounds before the wedding but knowing my self right I'll eat those milkshakes but then eat more candy and pretend that it will cancel each other out..

Spent a couple of hours at Jeremy's with Emmis yesterday, everything is coming along nicely, I am super excited about this project, Now I just need other people to be as well!
I met up with Dan and James last night! So much fun to see them, its been way too long! I had a blast! Watched some you tube clips as usual with Christopher, tried to turn him onto Flight of the Conchords but I don't think they were hot enough for him,Then Emilia came by for drinks and then I ended up watching Sophie eating her breakfast in the basking sunshine, I wanna go to London!!!.Just trying to cram everyone in there before I leave. Sofia took me out for dinner at The Chateau yesterday, Betsy came along too.. Went to James Beach with Carro to meet up with my Mikey. You still look good man!Im gonna come visit! I'm getting real tired of people not learning about what kind of dogs it is that they are getting, and you guys can go on and on and on about how wonderful it is to adopt dogs, saving there life's, and yadi yadi ya.. This is what happens!
When buying from a breeder, atleast the breeder get a chance to zoom in on the new owner and know if it will be a good match, breeders know about their dogs and what it takes to raise them and live with them, and they will tell you how to do that if you are not experienced.
Sure, you will feel much better about your self when you can tell people you saved a life, but what's the difference for your dog, between being locked up in your apartment alone all day, or being in the shelter? It will probably get more walks in the shelter..

And now this dog, the dog that just killed a child, is in a shelter again and it "might' be put down, come on, just shoot it.. I'm sorry, the dog killed a child!What is there to discuss? Why are people in this country so soft when it comes to animals?

Perfect example:
Our new neighbour just picked up a dog from a shelter last week, she says its a terrier mix, cause it sounds better then saying it is a pitbull, which it in fact is.
First night we are all sitting outside together, I've got Denni here, our neighbours Yorkie Bella is around and of coarse ms Blanche, the white schnauzer, Venice (the pitbulls name) goes crazy over Bella, she don't know what to do with this little thing running around, she starts seeing her as something she can kill, I dont even know the dog but I can tell, she is not in to playing anymore, thank god the dog is on her leash, I tell my neighbour to pull her dog back a bit without making to much fuzz about, and she goes, -No worries as long as they are silent we do not need to worry! This is my point.
She refuses to see what kind of dog it is that she has gotten, she also have no fucking clue that it is when it's silent its getting serious, playful growl is to prefer, I try to tell her this in a nice way, she wont listen. I let her have it her way, and my dog dies.
A minute later, the dog is trying to tear our front door apart , she has seen the cats on the inside and she goes nuts, our new neighbour lets her.

She also mentions she got the dog so the dog will make her exercise, in my opinion always the wrong thing to say, if you are lazy, don't get a dog.Sure enough, I've been keeping my eye on her, the dog sits alone in the apartment from 7 am to 5-6pm every day, then she walks the dog for about 4-10 minutes, and yes, I am timing her .

The crucial thing when you have a dog of this caliber, is exercise. exercise. (which I told her)and still that is not enough,
you need knowledge about your dog, the genes, what it was bred to do. A pit bull or its American slightly bigger version (what else), the American Stafford shire terrier was bred to kill. To go from asleep to killing mode in 0,4 seconds. without thinking twice, just strike whatever is moving in front of you.That's it's soul purpose. You need to know that when you get your dog. And you need not to deny what breed it is that you now have in your possession. That would be a good start.

Even Eva that I took care of this summer is terrier, she is a Dachs terrier mix, a tiny dog. Still she chews up the whole house when ever she is unattended, she is killing birds, why is that you think? And how do you make her stop?

I also wanna point out the the dogs are not to blame, they are just doing what they know, it's you the owner, that are responsible for this.

And I'm afraid that soon there will be no more Bella the Yorkie running around in our yard.

Josefin says no. At least I got her to tell me who she's seating me next to, and who is opposite and all around the table... And I'm so nervous, Almost feels like I'm the one getting married. I can't wait! (for her wedding) Been thinking about my speech now for a year, still not been able to put a single word down on paper.. I don't know where to start, she's been my best friend and sister for 30 years.. there is a lot of material to pull from..And she says not to embarrass her, but I really want too, so I think i'm going too.. just need to decide with what.
I'll probably just end up embarrassing her by crying to hard and getting snort all over my face and while trying to sit back down again, ill probably miss my chair and fall on the floor and drag the table cloth down with me..

I just got ready to go for my morning hike, I had noticed that it was a bit gray and nasty outside but not that it was raining.. If I'm gonna be able to live in Sweden all summer I really need the sun to come out now! NOW! Please be sunny until I leave please.. But what i have to do is to take the camera that i bought yesterday back to SAMY'S CAMERA and fix some things, like the memory card that is not working, and make some more fun of the guy who sold it to me, he said the camera did not fit in the little bag, I said it would since it came with the camera , but I stood there watching him struggle with it for a while, trying to figure out what was wrong with it, I even let him go pick a different one up and try that, then I snatched it from him and pulled out the paper it was stuffed with and voila.. the camera did fit perfectly in there.. don't think I've ever seen a guy with such a red face ever..

Wednesday afternoon.. is not getting much better

Despite my headache and neck and jaw pain that I will whine about as much as I possibly can today because tomorrow it will be gone, I went out on the town for some errands.. bought a new camera for my parentes(parents)

and then I met my sweet little canary bird Emilia that I haven't seen in almost a week.. she had the perfect cure for me and made me feel so much better..

frozen yogurt in the tastes of: french vanilla, pistachio,chocolate, pomegranate, blueberry and gummy bears, sprinkles, those white chewy things ,m&ms, raspberries, caramel sauce, and then I regretted not putting more oreo cookies and chocolate chips in there, but it was still kind of good..

Then I got home and snuggled with Mr Pete on the couch for a while waiting for the camera battery to charge and now I've spent the last 45 seconds making sure that all the i's are in fact I's in caps so Betsy wont get so annoyed while reading this later.
I'll let you know later how my night will turn out..

Woke up by Betsy screaming FUUUUUUCK (someone stole her credit card and went nuts spending it all on i-tunes)and realized i had a terrible terrible headache, ..

Auditioned for a Wii game workout thing with Mel B (Scary Spice) today, they had me do crunches and kicks and running and all that, really need the money so keep your fingers crossed.. got to catch up with some of the girls I never have time to see at the audition, we always get booked for the same jobs too.. Then I ran errands and took a hike right in the middle of the day,

And then me and Betsy had to deal with the loss of both Josh and LOST.. I still dont know what to think about that last episode. I WANT MORE is all I can say now.. anyhow, we took a tour to C&O hoping the garlic rolls that are like crack would take our minds of everything else..

Kind of helped.. but then this homeless girls started screaming at me for not wanting to give her my doggie bad, it did put me back in a state of chock for a while..

but then we met some ducks

and walked some more at the beach

and then we walked around the canals and peeked through peoples windows until now when its bed time. It was quite a scenic day..

After all of Wednesday's drama and a night of tears and alcohol, I managed to drag my ass out of bed at 6am to go to the Warehouse district just east of downtown LA, The shoot was about rock fans, and though the pictures taken with my little blackberry looks like shit the actual pictures were amazing, I was stood there starring at the computer screen of the images as they came through the camera and then i looked at me and i could not believe it was the same person, or same settings, I was hoping that they would do something fun with my hair and make up but they just made me look like me.. except for some of the clothes I wore. But it was till good, though we were all exhausted at the end of the day and the last two hours felt like two days, I'm still glad i get to do these things and meet new wonderful people all the time and get paid for it!

Planning for all the events going on this summer when I'll be in Sweden, and that's all chaos, people make things so complicated all the time and think that they do things for others when in fact its all pure ego.. And now everything just feels blah about that.. and the friends that should be happy are sad, and the one I wanna talk to about i can't say a word too..

Then I'm planning my birthday party that im throwing on Saturday, Leon lent me his house and we are having a barbecue pool day that will go on into late night.

Then sad news, we have to put Josh down this week. It's really sad. but its just the only thing left to do.. Betsy have tried everything.

The good news though is that Betsy will be coming to Sweden this summer, I'm really looking forward too that, now she's been taking care of me for a year and now i get to do that for her, for at least a week and she get to meet all my wonderful friends and family back home!

Then i spent all afternoon and most of the night working with Jeremy and Emilia, things are turning out great! And when i got home all my neighbors were drinking wine so I had to join that, 6 peeps and 4 crazy dogs, it got late and of course today i woke up feeling all sick, soar throat, headache, a little fever, and then another day of dealing with the things going on in Sweden.. calling, emailing , waiting, time difference and so on..

still have to go to the DMV..

And tomorrow I have a photo shoot, I just can't be sick then..

The Amazing Joseph Kahn was directing, and they were actually shooting two different videos in three days. He is the first director I've worked with that were actually holding the camera himself.. being more than active! Love It!
The boys were really cool and nice to work with, their friends and families were there, and there were a bunch of fans on set that had won a competition on the bands web site to be in the video so the energy was on top, and people were hanging out of the windows in the houses surrounding the lot downtown where we were shooting!Danced all day, can barely walk today.. it hurts everywhere but it was all worth it, Sun was shining.. Jesse was wearing pink socks and life was great!

Today its raining, and I have to clean and do laundry, go to the DMV and then work later..

Caroline and Amir had invited us to a "start of the summer end of the school barbecue and drinks on the beach day" Unfortunately the June gloom seems to have started early this year, sunny in the city, gray overcast by the beach.. so we spent most of the day inside but we had fun anyway, and the food was delicious, we played some rockband, nice and cozy, Now im off to the El Rey where The Carney is playing.. And then on the way home Terrific Tess called me and we had time to hang out at the 99cents store for about 5 minutes.. i need to get less busy friends.. our plan is to meet up all three of us some day, We have been trying to do that since February now..

Rattlesnakes..

When me and Emmis and D-boy went hiking the other day, we ran in to my friend Anna and she told me to watch Denni carefully since another dog had been bitten by a rattle snake the other day, But i figured what the heck, what are the odds that that is gonna happen again??
But then yesterday morning, I met a lady that I recognized, she came walking so slowly up the hill, and she stopped me and said, Little girl, you be careful with that little dog and watch out for snakes,
I said Id heard what had happened to that other dog and she said, yyes, that was my dog..

Turns out she had just gotten to the hiking area, her doberman was still on its leach and it was sniffing around right by the gates when a rattle snake bit her, they rushed her in to the intensive care, and they did everything they could to save her, and just when they thought the dog was gonna be fine, she died of a heart attack!

So sad, this women was just crying all the time she was telling me the story, so I found my self, holding her and trying to comfort this stranger, hugging her while her tears dripped on my t-shirt, then we said goodbye and i promised to keep Denni out of the bushes, and then I watched walk slowly slowly up the hill.. poor woman.

So during yesterdays hike, I was a little worried, but really, how big are the odds that its gonna happen again in the same place?

Finally Monday again, Ready ready ready for another week, Got off to a good start when the news about Betty white (My Old Friend From Bold and Beautiful, remember??) reached me! Her SNL performance on Saturday is the highest rated one so far this year.. I think its amazing that this old lady got all those people to tune in, That's GIRL POWER!!! If you get a chance to watch it, please do so, it is hilarious!

Busy Schedule lazy blogger

I have to get better at blogging in the moment.. so many fun things are happening, but if i dont blog about them right away, i kind of forget about it and then i sit down days later to write something but the momentum is gone.. and right now, im really tired from just the on going flow of people and parties and work that has been going on since April when Anine got here.. but yesterday, Aki went back to Stockholm so it might calm down a bit.. or I keep saying that about everyone that leaves but then someone new shows up..

Anyway, I taught Leon how to cook a hamburger, actually got him to cook for the very first time in his life.. then I managed to almost beat him at Speed, was almost killed by one of his many marshmallow weapons. I also have to say for those of you who read LA TIMES that Leon's Article about the world cup in Football will be out on Friday and it would mean the world to him if you could read it and leave some comments maybe.. (but only write nice things, he is very sensitive)

Anyway, these are pictures from this weekend, Aki, Bets and Peter ( he is Lykke Li's Manager by the way, for those of you that that might impress..) and me from our fun Friday night, Slow sweet BBQ at Leon's house, And yesterday i just hiked with Emilia and Denni, then I picked up Aki and we had a long brunch at Hugo's and then we sat om my couch for hours just talking about life and all there is about it, As usual i felt a bit sad when I had dropped her off at her house.. It's the goodbye thing again.. its hard.

Today will be hike and work, though the work I'm doing today will more be like fun play!

Yesterday I had an audition in the morning that went great, even though I felt like a bit of a mess.. so after that I rewarded Lennart the car with a proper wash and some windshield fluid, and myself with a hang out o the beach..
And then some beach happy hour at Whalers that went on to becoming dinner at La Poubelle that became drinks and dancing at H WOOD and then an unnecessary meal at the 101 Cafe, but fun it was! And Aki brought me and Emilia Swedish candy and Betsy got mad at me for driving east on our way home.. ha ha even though I really wasn't, then she claims today she was sober.. ha ha

Cup cakes but I'm on a liquid diet/detox so i only drank champagne, we got some free clothes, Slash was there, and Shifty ( the guy who sings that butterfly song.. come a long now come come along now..)and he looked sober (been watching the celebrity rehab show that he is in and I am so routing for him! Hope fully nothing is going on today, I could really use a night in on the couch!

Weeee, Monday and Tuesday, nothing to report but bad news . Wednesday, Fibes oh Fibes at the Viper Room. Realized I only ever heard one song, But they rocked it! I am now a fan! Then I went to Bardot with Aki and Petra, and like the bitch I am, I left Emilia behind, It was a complete misunderstanding but I left her out and I feel like the worst person in the world today! I am soo gonna make it up to her.. if she ever forgives me! Also as the pig I am i stuffed my mouth full of burgers and fries again at 4am.. How am I ever gonna fit in my brides maid dress??? Anine is flying back to Norway tomorrow.. I'm so sad, I hate good byes..and I miss her already, we have had so much crazy fun these weeks! But I am determined to go see her in Norway this fall when she will be opening for Lady Ga Ga!Period.

Anyway, Anine and Bill invited us over for a little pool party.. The perfect thing to to in LA on a Sunday, Bill served us drinks and food while I was taking pictures of Emilia by the pool , I was just gonna take one step back so i could get Emilia's socks in the picture.. and i just felt that there was nothing to put my foot down on, and for a second i panicked and thought: shiit the camera, -you know how you somehow have time to think about a lot of things in a nano second, so in some miraculous way i managed to stay on the surfaceof the water, kind of like my man Jesus, I dont know how I did it but,I didn't even get my head under water, and I did fall in in the deep end, I just reached my hand hand up and within a second Emilia had grabbed the camera out of my hand and started filming.. ha ha soo crazy, It's clear where her prioritys are, not to help a friend in need but just to get it on tape..ha ha I laugh just thinking about it..ha ha i cant stop.. here is the clip:

I was casted in John Mayer 's new music video.. it is for the song Half of My Heart, so yesterday i got up at 4.45 am and headed out to highland park, sooo tired, after all the crazy partying and crazy night with betsy trying to stuff myself into my dresses, not one of them will zip up..

First scenes we shot were for a wedding where John's been stood up by his bride... ( I tried to get in as the re-bound girl.. but they weren't having it)and we were in a house called the rock house, it's built all by hand it it had a chapel, a beautiful court yard, and a dungeon with a cell.. I so regret not taking any pictures but in between takes I had to much fun with everyone and i got a little busy eating.. so much good food and doughnuts.. brownies.. so I forgot.. Then while john was singing inside of a bar, I was hanging out with these guys, I laughed so hard all day, one of them looks like a perfect mix between Justin Bieber and Robert Pattinson and we never ran out of jokes about it .. poor thing..

Then we shot some stuff in the streets, John coming out of a bar getting in a cab, I tried to share it with him but he left me on the street.. he is really tall by the way.. and pretty.. but i liked him better when he was scruffier, And then some him walking down the street singing and me walking by over and over and over again.. then i had some burritos and more brownies.. Then our fabulous set designer and shopper Humberto gave me all the set Gossip and what had been said about my mini dress and legs.. Ha ha , too many guys and not enough girls on set.., And then All I wanted to do was to go home to bed (since John locked himself in his trailer and refused to talk to me) but It was Anine's last night out so she convinced me to go home and slap on some fresh clothes and head out for dinner at East with the Norwegian Snow board crew and then some dancing at My house..

Ha ha I don't know whats going on here, all of a sudden so many things are going on and I don't have time to update about anything, but I'm gonna take 30minutes now before i head over to a pool party and update you all! On Thursday me Betsy and Emilia went to the Piano Bar where Ryan Kean( this guy i found when working with Tobias) works, and drinks were on him.. Had a great time, My girls got along great, and that made me really happy..Met some really nice people there as well! More brits stuck here because of the volcano actually..
Then we walked over to Bardot for the Thursday sessions of course and met up with Mike, Aki, Petra,Christian, Daniel and Sean, and the boys we met at Piano Bar came over..

Then we stayed with Petra and Aki and danced during the after hours until they finally gave up and went home.. but me and Bits did not settle there.. oh no.. we walked through the entire city to a house party in WEHO where Ashley , Jesus and the Oregon boys were at.. Had so much fun there too.. Got home around 5 am again.. Up at 8 am , went hiking with Emilia then me and Bits had dinner at fabolous Fathers office before i got ready to go again..

I'm having one of these mornings when I woke up, looked in the mirror thinking, dang I look good after only 3,5 hours of sleep.. then realizing its only because I'm still wearing my makeup from last night, probably still a bit drunk, sitting here waiting for coffee that never gets ready cause i forgot to turn it on, hungry, but just remembered I chucked down Mc Donald's at 5 in the morning..
But it is all worth it cause it is following one of those nights..

I Moved back home to Betsy's house yesterday, after two weeks at Sofia's with Denni and Romeo, they must have known that I was leaving because when i walked out the door they were both sitting there next to each other, just starring at me, with that "make me feel guilty" look. Then I spent all afternoon just cleaning the house, and Then me at Bits went to Anine's house to pick up some furniture that she is selling before moving back to Norway:( And then we spent the entire night re arranging the furniture in the apartment, and now it's so nice and clean and cozy in here!

And the best part, the cats were really sick the other day, throwing up like crazy all over the place and we got worried that they had caught a bug and were really sick, and they didn't want to eat and so on.. but then a day later they were fine again, and so yesterday when we were cleaning, we found the reason for the heavy barfing.. A bag of "anti hairball" goodies torn apart and empty.. They did it to them selves the bastards..

And the craziness goes on.. MONDAY AGAIN, I LOVE IT!! I just wanted a nice early night, a long shower and i wanted to wax my legs.. but..instead I met up with Emilia in the late afternoon for a lil test run of her new camera, Then we went to her place and had some pasta and ketchup and a cold soy hot dog! It was one of the best meals Ive ever had I was still hungry from this weekend!
With some new found energy we headed over to Anine for some wine and hair products, Then we went to see STEEL PANTHER at House of blues, they do basically what The Spasmatic does, making fun of the 80's glam rockers while playing all the great songs, (like spinal tap)I was so tired, haven't gone to bed before 1am in 2 weeks.. But it was all worth it, met some fun british boys and then Stephanie that I have not seen in 4 years! And with lyrics like ( Mom and Malva stop reading here) :

My Asian Hooker: I went to south Korea, caught some gonorrhea and others like the epic song: I want Pussy: I want pussy I want pussy, AND they get girls up on stage to flash there boobs and then they brought Jeremy Renner (hurt looker) up on stage to sing some Journey and Guns n Roses! we also saw some real nasty stuff going on right in front of us but its really to yucky to write about..

Time to try to get some sleep again.. or try, Romeo and the neighbours are doing all they can to keep me awake!

That was crazy and fun, even though we lost all our friend, and Jeremy, Then he found Matt and Chau, but when we finally found him he was alone again.., you couldn't call anyone and the texts got delivered two hours late, and I couldn't get a hold of my friend that had our VIP wristbands, But as we walked out of the festival area 8 hours later at 2.30 his messages got through to me.. oh well.. next year, ill pick them up before we go!Or I was gonna pick the up yesterday Sunday but Jeremy and Thomm left without me, At least I got to see almost all of the bands I wanted to see.. MUSE where fantastic!Hot Chip.. XX,MG MT, Sia, Die Antwoord, Tiesto.. Faith No More..We had so much fun I just wanna do it again. Now. i'm too tired to write. COACHELLA (the way there)

Picked up Emilia and Jeremy early Saturday morning.. No Tickets No money no where to stay, but high hopes and a positive attitude.. some great music and fabulous company..

We spent an hour or so trying to get in to the parking lot only.. Luckily enough we had these guys next to us to keep the party going..

Could barely talk for the last hour in the car, had to pee so bad, almost got mas at Emilia and Jeremy when the expected me to talk to them ha ha, so after running to the potties we were finally able to open the trunk and enjoy our cold coronas, we got to enjoy one before the security guards came by and asked us to pour it in to plastic bottles ..which made it feel more like I was drinking pee, we were gonna draw up plan for how to get in and I think we all thought it was gonna take a couple of hours, but as soon as we had locked the car and started walking towards the entrance, these guys came up and started talking to us and when they heard we didn't have any tickets they offered to lend us there wrist bands and get us in..
